Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were a bit dark, but I enjoyed the cleanliness and crisp white sheets. Surprisingly, it was very quiet despite facing the Main Street during Sturgis Bike Week, which was nice.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms could use some maintenance in the parking lot area, but it was nice to have a mini-fridge. The service exceeded my expectations, with friendly staff going above and beyond, although there was an issue with the room rate. The location was awesome, right in the heart of town within walking distance to everything. However, the dining options were not great. Overall, it was a normal stay in an otherwise beautiful area of Deadwood.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights but ended up leaving a night early due to the loud traffic noise and the view of the parking lot from my room. The room was old, lacked basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, and the TV was tiny. However, it was clean and nicely decorated. The staff smoking area nearby was also a downside for me.
